1. USER INFORMATION
BILBOKO GABARRAK S.L., hereinafter the ‘CONTROLLER’, is the controller responsible for processing the User’s personal data and hereby informs the User that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Accordingly, the following information regarding the processing is provided:
Purpose of the processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations envisaged for the processing are:
- Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications to be sent. These communications will be sent by the DATA CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or to those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Carrying out statistical studies.
- Processing orders, requests or any other type of enquiry made by the user via any of the contact methods made available to them.
- To send the website’s newsletter.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, data portability and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.
2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the data controller to process their request; the provision of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify the DATA CONTROLLER of any changes thereto. The DATA CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees to users that their personal data will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties, and that should any transfer of personal data take place, the Users’ express, informed and unequivocal consent will be sought in advance. All data requested via the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the User with the best possible service. Should not all the data be provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to your needs.3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, according to which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed. The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR in order to protect Users’ rights and freedoms, and has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
